Trustivum:ComplianceDesk
Security work that produces its own audit evidence.
Access requests, incidents, vulnerability fixes, change approvals and the reviews you have to repeat every quarter. Each one runs as a tracked workflow with the right steps, the right approvers and a real deadline. When the ticket closes, the evidence is already written, mapped to your controls and impossible to quietly change.
Built for small regulated teams. Healthcare practices, their vendors, and any growing company that has to prove security work happened on time.

The point is not to pass an audit. The point is to be secure.
An audit only checks whether the security work happened. ComplianceDesk makes it happen: access actually comes off within a day, incidents actually get contained and assessed, vulnerabilities actually get fixed, and nobody approves their own request. Do that every week and the evidence writes itself. Passing the audit becomes the side effect of running a secure business, not the goal.
A closed ticket is not evidence. Auditors ask four more questions.
General helpdesks record that something got done. Auditors, investigators and cyber insurers want to know who asked, who approved, who did it, whether it happened inside the required window, and whether the record has been touched since.
Deadlines nobody enforced
Access was supposed to come off within 24 hours. The ticket says "done," but no one can show when, or that it was on time.
The same person requested and approved
Separation of duties is a control in every framework. Most ticketing tools cannot tell the difference, so the gap only shows up in the audit.
Evidence collected after the fact
Two months later someone reconstructs what happened from email and memory. Recent HHS corrective action plans exist because that reconstruction does not hold up.
Your team does the work once. The evidence shows up where the auditor looks.
Trustivum:Compliance tells you what your program needs and tracks it. ComplianceDesk is where the security work actually gets done day to day. Connect the two and every closed ticket lands on the right control automatically. Nothing to remember, nothing to screenshot.
Something happens
A new hire needs access. Someone leaves. A scan finds a vulnerability. A change needs sign-off. The quarterly access review comes due.
A tracked workflow
Enforced steps, required details, approval gates with separation of duties, and a deadline clock. On close, an evidence package: PDF, data file and a hash.
- Append-only, hash-chained history
- Mapped to SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001
- Verifiable by anyone with the link
Evidence on the control
The package attaches to the matching requirement in your compliance program, with its hash, so audit readiness is a byproduct of the work rather than a separate project.
Eleven workflows, ready on day one.
Each workflow knows its steps, which details are required before a step can finish, who has to approve, and how long you have. Calendar-driven ones create themselves on schedule, so the backup test and the access review never get forgotten.
| Workflow | What it enforces | Deadline |
|---|---|---|
| Access request | Assessment, approval by someone other than the requester, provisioning, verification | 3 business days |
| Access removal | A per-system removal list with who removed what and when; nothing closes without it | 24 hours |
| Security incident | Triage, containment, the four HIPAA breach-assessment factors, a documented notification decision | By severity |
| Vulnerability remediation | Fix description, verification method and result, or an approved risk acceptance with an expiry | 15 to 180 days by severity |
| Change request | Risk level, impact and rollback plan before approval; test result before close | 10 days · 1 day emergency |
| Backup restore test | System, backup date, restore time and outcome; slow restores are flagged | Every 6 months |
| Disaster-recovery drill | Execution, report and close-out | Yearly |
| Vendor review | Collection, review, approve or flag | Yearly per vendor |
| Policy exception | Policy reference, risk, compensating control and a required expiry date | Max 365 days |
| Periodic access review | Keep-or-remove decision per user; every "remove" opens an access-removal ticket automatically | Quarterly |
| Asset onboarding / disposal check | Confirms a device entering or leaving service was handled correctly | 5 business days |
Built so the record holds up.
- Tamper-evident history. Every action appends to a hash chain. The record cannot be edited or deleted, and a one-click integrity check proves it.
- Separation of duties, enforced. An approver can never be the ticket's requester or assignee. The system refuses, not a policy document.
- Deadline clocks that count. On track, due soon, breached. A breach is a timestamped event, not a feeling.
- Evidence packages on close. A PDF summary, the full event data, and a hash, mapped to SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 control references.
- Compliance calendar. Recurring work schedules itself: backup tests, DR drills, vendor reviews, access reviews. See the next 12 months and what was late.
- Controls view. For any control and period: how much evidence exists, the latest item, and the gaps.
- Scanner findings become tickets. Findings from Trustivum:ComplianceVector or your own scanner open vulnerability tickets, de-duplicated, with repeats added to the open ticket.
- Asset-aware. Connect Trustivum:ComplianceLedger and an offboarding ticket already knows which systems the person could reach.
- Serious sign-in. Two-factor authentication is required for everyone who works or approves tickets. Sessions, rate limits and lockouts are built in.
- Yours to export. Pull every evidence package for a date range as a single archive with a manifest and the integrity result.
Give the auditor a link, not a folder.
Create a read-only link scoped to a date range and the workflows that matter. It expires when you say, can be revoked instantly, and every view is logged.
- Tickets, timelines, approvals and evidence packages, exactly as recorded
- The integrity check runs live in the auditor's view, so they can verify the chain themselves
- Control references on every item, so sampling by control takes minutes
- Nothing outside the link's scope is visible

Do I need Trustivum:Compliance to use ComplianceDesk?
No. ComplianceDesk works fully on its own. Connecting it to Trustivum:Compliance adds automatic evidence delivery to your controls. It never becomes a dependency.
Is this a general IT helpdesk?
No. It is built for the security and compliance work auditors ask about: access, incidents, vulnerabilities, changes, backups, vendors, exceptions and periodic reviews. It is not a support desk, knowledge base or live chat tool, and it does not try to be.
What does an auditor see?
A time-limited, read-only link scoped to the evidence you choose. They see tickets, timelines, approvals, evidence packages and the integrity check. Every view is logged, and you can revoke the link at any time.
Which frameworks are mapped?
SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 control references ship with every workflow. Mappings are editable by your admin, and every edit is logged.
Does using ComplianceDesk mean we will pass our audit?
No tool can promise an audit outcome, and passing is not the goal. The goal is to be secure: access removed on time, incidents handled properly, fixes verified, approvals kept honest. ComplianceDesk makes that work happen and keeps a record that cannot be quietly changed. A team that runs this way has what auditors ask for because they are secure, not because they prepared for the audit.
See a real ticket become real evidence.
Twenty minutes, your own scenario. We will walk an access removal from request to evidence package and show you what the auditor link looks like.
